Gearbox seems really excited about Borderlands 2 and wants you to be as well. In a recent post on the PlayStation Blog, producer Matt Charles showed off the special editions of Borderlands 2 and answered fan questions, revealing some of the features, changes, and improvements the new game will have.
The contents are interesting to say the least.
Limited editions are nothing new in the video game industry, in fact it seems that nearly any game that garners even a mild interest from the gaming public is due to at least offer a limited edition preorder bonus of some sort. Kinect Star Wars was delayed from its release date last holiday, as was the limited edition Star Wars Xbox 360 bundle. No word on when gamers will see the title was announced but now a new release date has been confirmed.

If you're like me, yesterday produced some frustration and definite cause for concern. Assuming you followed along with our E3 coverage, you're well aware that Nintendo is giving away a special limited edition soundtrack with their recently released title, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
